K-12 Residencies and Teacher Professional Development
Arts integrated learning is a powerful tool to build critical and creative thinking skills, foster social-emotional learning and build an academic standard aligned curriculum that’s accessible and inclusive for all learners. Broad Circle Arts offers artist residencies and hands-on professional development sessions designed to fuel the success of all learners pre-K through grade 12.
Drama for Activists and Allies
Augusto Boal's arsenal of drama games foster dialogue, collaboration and community led engagement. His work also provides techniques for a multi-faceted analysis of issues of social justice. In these participatory theater workshops we, as actors with agency in our own lives, will create a space to analyze and rehearse interventions that fight back against systematic and daily oppressions.
